"I wanted to email you all to say a huge THANK YOU for providing a great CNA education for me. I was accepted to CSU Channel Island's BSN program, and I started a few weeks ago. I've got to say that the skills I learned at VTI have already helped so much during my skills labs at CSUCI. There are a few students who do not have any clinical experience, and I can see that learning these skills on top of taking all of our lecture classes is quite overwhelming for them. I'm glad I can help them in lab, and that is all because of you!!!!
At CSUCI, everyone accepted had a stellar, straight-A GPA, so competing on grades alone wasn't enough. The only real deciding factor to get into the program is that you either have to be totally fluent in another language, or you have to have your CNA with work experience. Thankfully, I was able to compete based on having my CNA and work experience at Oak View in Thousand Oaks. Without VTI, I would have never got in. Thanks so much!!! Love you guys!"
"I am proud to inform about my plans to go to nursing school. I noticed my interest for nursing piquing with each of my daily experiences at VTI. The entire staff's attention to detail, knowledge for the stated course, provision of a motivating/enhanced learning environment, and commitment to students' success, in my opinion, sets VTI apart from other similar training institutes. I really thank you all for the all-inclusive approach to the success of trainees because I know that most of the knowledge and skills that I have acquired from the program will not be forgotten. I doubt that I expressed enough my appreciation for all I have gained from VTI. As stated earlier, you always display a profound commitment to the success of your trainees and the training program you provided me was truly enlightening. For all these, I can never express enough my gratitude and I will always remember where my journey began - VTI."
"I just wanted to thank you all for all you do to make the CNA program as great as it is. I recently interviewed Jannet a few months back for a school assignment about nursing regarding schools and the career as a whole. I just wanted to let her know that I got into both Ventura and Moorpark's nursing program for this fall and feel that I should give some credit to her for being so inspiring along with the entire staff at VTI. I was doubtful when I interviewed Jannet that I would even been considered for the nursing programs and I ended up getting into half the programs I applied for. She gave me great advice along with confidence and I just wanted to say thank you. I hope I can be half the nurse she is someday."
"VTI is a wonderful environment for all ages who wants a start in the medical field. My nurse assistant education and training was taught by dedicated and knowledgeable staff that wants their students succeed. Jannet is an experienced R.N. who has taught and guided myself and numerous students. You will learn everything you need to know to pass the CNA certification. I enjoyed my time with VTI and I recommend VTI to anyone who is interested."
"At VTI, I found staff that were competent, and understood the practical and academic skills necessary to complete the CNA course in anticipation for the licensing exam. They helped me get one step closer to meeting my professional goals."
"As a previous student in your CNA program [and] with your previous referral, I was hired and work at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in the Radiation Oncology for a year [and] I am currently enrolled in nursing school for my BSN. Your program helped me build a solid foundation that I use everyday! Thank you so much."
"PathPoint’s Youth Networked Services program has worked with VTI for many years, helping young adults with barriers to employment to succeed. The young adults that we refer to VTI for the C.N.A. training successfully complete their vocation training certificate and go on to become state certified, enabling them to work in nursing facilities. VTI’s small class settings enable students to get the one-on-one experience. One recent student is Kaylyn. With funds from WIOA (Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act), we were able to help her enroll in the C.N.A. program and provided tuition assistance, school clothes, and transportation assistance. After completing the program and obtaining her license, Kaylyn secured a job at a healthcare center for seniors."
“Ever since our collaboration with Ventura Training Institute our staff has grown immensely with quality trained CNA’s, whom have represented Maxim in the highest regard.”

We saw about 450 patients and provided services in vision, dental, blood lab, women’s services, primary care, nutrition, flu clinic and social services. Please thank all your students. Thank you once again."
