Follow these steps to start your journey with Ventura Training Institute. The LVN Program is coming soon; other programs (CNA/NA, HHA, CPT-I, IV Therapy, CPR) continue to operate as scheduled.
Step-by-Step
This process ensures you receive exactly what you need for your program of interest and — for LVN — verifies minimum eligibility before sending full requirements.
1 Pre-Screen (LVN only)
Complete the quick eligibility pre-screen. If you pass, we’ll email the full requirements and next steps.
2 Document Checklist
We’ll email you the checklist tailored to your program. For LVN, that includes transcripts, CNA, A&P within 5 years, and TEAS (Proficient+, Reading ≥ 74.5%, Math ≥ 71.9%).
3 Interview & Advising
Meet with our team to review your goals and timelines. We’ll confirm remaining steps and discuss scheduling.
4 Admission Decision
We’ll notify you by email. If admitted, you’ll receive the enrollment packet and payment options (zero-interest in-house plan).
5 Prepare to Start
Post-acceptance items may include CPR (BLS), health exam & immunizations, background check, drug screen, and health insurance, as required for clinical placements.
